REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

In order to access the Products offered by The Strategic Essence, you need accurately complete and submit all registration details on our website.

To proceed with the registration process, you will be asked to submit your full name, email address and phone number and then asked to choose a User ID and Password, which must be kept confidential at all times. The Strategic Essence Ltd reserves the right to verify your email address and/or phone number for authenticity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

PAYMENT

All Products offered by The Strategic Essence Ltd. are individually priced and mentioned in the website along with full details.

The fee for all Products is calculated and payable in advance of the course start date, as set out in the website.

All Course Materials offered for your chosen Product will be made available to you once your payment has been authorised and the session has started. The Strategic Essence Ltd. reserves all rights to decline to supply complete access to your Course Materials to you until full payment has been made.

Within 12 hours of receiving payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you acknowledging your payment and successful enrolment in the course.

All course fees are expressed in GBP and are inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

Your credit/ debit card details are not managed by The Strategic Essence Ltd. All payment handling is done by our third party payment gateway providers. We do not store any credit/debit card details. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation and refunds are available for registered users of the particular Product only within 14 days, provided not more than 20% of the course has been completed by that time.

Refunds cannot be made for individual downloadable digital items.

If The Strategic Essence Ltd. withdraws or is permanently unable to deliver a particular Product, the possibility of a refund may be considered depending upon the circumstances.

All eligible refunds shall be paid in full within 90 days from receiving the request.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the English law.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London.

If any of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way.
