Mostly, we will be doing the work on each call, except weeks 2, 3 and 7 where you will be interviewing or hosting an internal workshop.

Week 7 - Collaborate to Win (60 minutes)
Prepare for your team workshop. It's collaboration week to choose the strongest route, your Strategic Essence, to provide your foundation to growth.

Week 8 - Making it Work (90 minutes)
Implement your Strategic Essence into actionable strategies. Access tools to develop essential components such as your Vision, Mission, Values, Strategic Plan, Marketing Brief, Talent Acquisition Plan, Roadmap Prioritisation.

You will understand the core principles, know how to apply them to your business and gain insights that will shine clarity on how to move forwards, grow faster and succeed. 

No. You will select your KPIs at the start to assess success, but this course is not a financial one. It is about finding the core element of your business that every decision can stem from. Financials are the measure of this.

To keep up momentum and ensure success by the end of the 8 weeks, it is vital to commit fully to the process.
You must schedule in and attend the calls at the start of each week. Most of the work is done during each call. During weeks 2 and 3, you will be carrying out interviews, for which you will be supplied a template. In week 7 you will be running an internal workshop with your team, everything you need to know will be provided.
